The Disciple-Making Rhythm

The broader mission rhythm moves through Entry → Evangelism → Discipleship → Church Formation, with Leadership Development at the center. As we build into leaders, we strengthen every part of the rhythm. Three-Thirds is the gathering format used inside discipleship.

ENTRY enter people & places EVANGELISM share the gospel DISCIPLESHIP teach obedience & multiplication CHURCH FORMATION healthy churches form LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Developing leaders strengthens every stage of the rhythm and helps the work reproduce.

        Church Circle Reference

The original Church Circle page is the main visual guide. Use it to teach the symbols, identify which church functions are already being practiced, and see what still needs to grow.

What to notice: the dashed circle represents a gathering still growing toward healthy church life. Functions already being practiced go inside the circle; missing or developing functions stay outside. The completed example shows the functions together inside a solid church circle.
